About the Role:

As a Machine Minder, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring an automated production line that transfers cooked products from cooking vessels into various packaging formats, including pots and pouches. You will play a key role in ensuring products are packed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Full training will be provided, including how to operate the machinery safely, carry out basic maintenance activities, and identify and respond to any production issues to minimise downtime.

About You:

• Have a good standard of English, both written and verbal.


• Be comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment, which may involve hot and cold temperatures.


• Be confident working with machinery and production equipment.


• Have a strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail.


• Be a reliable and effective team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues across the production area.


• Be able to use initiative and make informed decisions when required.


• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills and processes.


• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Shift Pattern:

Monday-Friday rotating, one week 06:00-14:15, next week 14:00-22:15, or Night shift 22:00 to 06:15.
