The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students; to apply, you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role. Manchester Metropolitan University is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to support the delivery of the MA Graduate Show. Working closely with the Programme Leader and academic team, the successful candidate will coordinate key aspects of the exhibition planning and installation process, acting as a central point of communication between students, technical staff and the programme team. This is a short-term opportunity equivalent to approximately 5 days of work, with flexible scheduling between August and the exhibition launch on 13 of September. The role will include both remote coordination and on-site attendance during installation.   • Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Strong written communication and editing abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate information from a large number of contributors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with students, academic staff and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience supporting exhibitions, events, galleries, degree shows or cultural projects.
  • Experience producing publications, exhibition guides, catalogues or booklets.
