Summary
Equans is looking for an M&E Supervisor to join our team in Barking, London. This is a full time role with participation in a on call rota. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Supervise mechanical, electrical and building trades staff and specialist contractors
- Plan, allocate and monitor work to ensure quality, cost and service targets are achieved
- Liaise with clients, manage materials and services, and maintain accurate work records
- Support emergency responses, staff development, compliance and safe working practices

Who are you?
- Experienced in supervising mechanical, electrical and building services teams
- Able to plan, allocate and monitor work delivered by staff and contractors
- Confident managing performance, quality, costs, records and customer expectations
- Able to use or learn CAFM systems and maintain accurate documentation
- Customer focused with good communication, organisational and problem solving skills
- Willing to work with tools, support staff development and complete relevant training
- Able to qualify as an Authorised Person or Competent Person where required
- Willing to participate in the emergency on call rota and occasional overtime
