Equans is looking for a M & E Supervisor to join our team in North Middlesex University Hospital. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.


What will you deliver?



  • Supervise water management systems, internal fabric team, and specialist contractors

  • Manage planned maintenance tasks from allocation to completion

  • Plan and oversee work schedules ensuring quality and timely delivery

  • Allocate work promptly to meet client satisfaction and performance targets

  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, and compliance with policies

  • Maintain accurate work records and manage material orders

  • Liaise with clients and resolve any issues

  • Complete risk assessments and operate maintenance data systems

  • Support emergency response and participate in on call rota

  • Assist with staff training, investigations, and cover for colleagues as needed

  • Experienced at supervising maintenance teams and managing contractors

  • Skilled in planning and monitoring planned maintenance work to meet high standards

  • Competent at using maintenance data systems and preparing risk assessments and method statements

  • Able to work effectively with clients, management and staff to deliver excellent service

  • Reliable and prepared to participate in a 24 hour on call rota including weekends and bank holidays

  • Committed to health and safety and maintaining quality and customer care standards

  • Background checks


This role requires you to undergo appropriate background checks in line with company policies.
