Full Job Description

Manage and coordinate all M&E activities on site from installation through to completion.
Supervise M&E subcontractors and site teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
Coordinate mechanical and electrical services with the main construction programme and other trades.
Review drawings, specifications, programmes, and technical information.
Monitor progress, quality, and installation standards across the project.
Liaise closely with the Project Manager, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues on site.
Ensure all works comply with relevant health & safety regulations and project requirements.
Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.

We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager with a strong commercial construction background to join the team on a major project., Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager on commercial construction projects.
Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical building services.
Commercial construction background is essential.
Experience managing subcontractors and multiple M&E packages.
Strong knowledge of construction programmes, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
