Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor with a strong residential background to join our clients team and support the commercial delivery of residential construction projects., You will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of M&E packages from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered on budget and to programme.,
- Commercial management of M&E packages on residential developments
- Cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Cost reporting and financial control
- Risk identification and commercial support to project teams
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants
Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor - Strong residential project experience (essential)
- Experience managing M&E subcontract packages
- Good understanding of contracts and commercial processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Relevant Quantity Surveying or Construction qualification
