M&E Pre-Construction Manager

A well-established and growing M&E contractor delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, residential, and data centre sectors. With a strong pipeline of secured work and projects typically ranging from £500k to £5m, they are looking to strengthen their pre-construction team with an experienced M&E Pre-Construction Manager. The Role As an M&E Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a key role in the early stages of project delivery, leading the bid and pre-construction process from initial enquiry through to handover to operations. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure technically robust and commercially competitive submissions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full pre-construction process across multiple M&E projects Manage and coordinate tender submissions, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Review technical drawings, specifications, and employer's requirements Develop cost plans, value engineering solutions, and risk assessments Liaise with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners Support bid strategy, programme development, and procurement planning Work closely with estimating and design teams to produce competitive and compliant bids Attend client meetings and presentations as required Requirements Proven experience in an M&E
