Full Job Description
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Low Voltage Automation and Fault Management strategy for our SEPD licence area. Under your leadership you'll continue to develop the operational response to faults on the LV network, whilst enhancing our proactive investment focus.
You will
You will lead your team of dispatchers to ensure that resources are used efficiently in a targeted manner to respond to all live faults on the network. Through your leadership you will develop the approach to focus and improve LV fault response and enhance the team's knowledge and technical capability to deliver a high performing dispatch function that delivers significant results in terms of our Interruption Incentive Scheme and Opex savings.
Working with the Network Innovation team, you will monitor market leading developments in technologies and approaches placing SSEN at the forefront of new and emerging LV Network practices.

An excellent understanding of the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) business.
- Excellent management experience and delivery of successful operations within a similar role/environment.
- An extensive knowledge of Low Voltage Network Operations.
- A proven track record of managing teams and 3^rd party partner companies, projects, and high value programmes either through direct employee workforce and/or third-party contractors.
- An understanding of the price control challenges and targets within a regulated business environment.

Salary: £58,100 - £87,100 + up to 10% performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
