Full Job Description

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalised shopping experience, reflecting the standards and heritage of Burberry.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing considered product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate the brand's collections, craftsmanship and heritage with confidence.
  • Actively contribute to sales performance, identifying opportunities to drive sales and maximise every client interaction.
  • Maintain impeccable shop-floor presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed to the highest standards.
  • Support daily boutique operations, including stock replenishment, product retrieval and general store organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer journey, particularly during busy festive trading periods., This is a fantastic opportunity to represent an iconic British luxury fashion house, gain valuable experience within a prestigious designer retail environment and become part of a dedicated team during one of the busiest periods in the retail calendar.

    Previous luxury or premium fashion retail sales experience is essential.
  • A strong understanding of luxury customer service and elevated retail standards.
  • Confident selling skills, with a proactive and commercially driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with an international clientele.
  • A genuine appreciation for fashion, craftsmanship and luxury brands.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a professional attitude.
  • Energetic, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced outlet retail environment.
  • Reliable, punctual and committed to the full duration of their agreed assignment., If you have previous luxury fashion sales experience and are available for one of the working patterns outlined above, we would love to hear from you., Reliability and commitment are essential.
