Full Job Description
Raffles London OWO seeks an experienced Pastry Kitchen Leader to head pastry operations, ensuring all dishes align with Raffles' luxury standards. You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with front-of-house and beverages teams, and maintain strict health and safety compliance while delivering a high-quality, time-efficient service.
You will also manage stock, contribute to menu development, and supervise the pastry team to uphold taste, presentation and service excellence across all outlets.
