- Experience of interacting with children
- Ability to work under supervision and as a member of a team
- Interpersonal skills to communicate well with children and to command attention
- Ability to be flexible and to work on own initiative within school guidelines

Grade 1 (SCP 3) £24,796 (please note this is the full-time equivalent salary.
