Lunchtime Assistant

To ensure the safety, welfare and positive behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime period. To supervise children in the dining hall, playground and other designated areas, promoting a safe, caring and enjoyable environment while supporting the school's values and behaviour expectations.,

• Supervise pupils during the lunch break, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Monitor pupils in the dining hall, playground and other designated areas.
• Encourage positive behaviour and model appropriate conduct.
• Support pupils in developing positive social interactions and friendships.
• Report any safeguarding, welfare or behavioural concerns to the appropriate member of staff.
• Administer basic first aid in accordance with school procedures where trained to do so.
