Lower GI Clinical Nurse Specialist

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse to join our dedicated team of Lower GI Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialists as a Band 7 CNS on a 1 year fixed term or secondment to cover maternity leave., This Band 7 role allows the postholder to develop professionally, gaining extensive lower GI cancer knowledge, advanced communication skills and autonomous management of a patient caseload while ensuring the provisionof excellent patient care in accordance with national guidelines.

We are looking for an experienced nurse with evidence of professional development that is innovative, motivatedand enthusiastic with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in colorectal nursing, cancer nursing and/or a previous role as a CNS will be advantageous for applicants.
