configuration, Business Process Flows, and security roles Strong Power Automate experience, including integrations with external systems Experience building Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) Ability to read and write C# and JavaScript in a Dynamics 365 context Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences An AI-first mindset, you already use AI tools to think, build, and solve problems effectively Nice to have Azure DevOps (or similar work management tools) Deeper experience using AI tools beyond basic prompting Background in financial services or professional services environments Role overview Low code Engineer / Power Platform Developer Starting Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 DOE Annual bonus scheme between 10%-20% 25 days holiday allowance (which increases with service) Central Cardiff office location True Flexible working hours Hybrid working setup - expectations are typically 2-3 days per week Private
