The learner will be studying the Low Carbon Heating Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship standard qualification Day Release to West Suffolk College

GCSE's in: English, Maths and Science (grade 4) BTEC in:Plumbing and Heating (grade Pass) Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.,

During the apprenticeship, apprentices will be placed with one of our installer partners 3 days a week to gain valuable work experience, they will also attend college and will spend some time with out field service engineers. Customer service skills will be very important in the success of each stage, as well as being organised, tidy and respectful. All of this will be further developed and supported by time working with and for Vaillant Group - whether that be in our Service Centre, Training department, Product teams, or Industrial areas.
