Map and improve end-to-end workflows across logistics and warehouse operations, helping to simplify processes and strengthen controls. Work with operational, technology, programme and supplier teams to support solution design, implementation and adoption. Present objective, evidence-based recommendations that help stakeholders make confident decisions. Track progress and outcomes, ensuring improvements lead to measurable benefits in
service, quality, productivity and control. What you'll need A strong background in logistics, ideally including warehouse operations, stock control, goods-in/goods-out, inventory movement or logistics systems. Proven experience in business operations, logistics transformation, operational improvement, programme support or a comparable analytical role. Logical problem-solving ability, with the confidence to work through complex issues, test assumptions and develop workable solutions. Strong analytical and numerical skills, including the ability to interpret large or complex datasets and turn insight into action. Experience working across systems, processes, applications and data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities. Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical or operational information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence across logistics, technology,
programme and supplier teams. A delivery mindset, focused on measurable outcomes, sustainable change and improved operational performance.
