Full Job Description
- Inspect and perform minor functional testing of surgical equipment, consumable sets, control units, and AWM pumps
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation prior to inspection
- Receipt loan sets: unpacking, scanning, and verifying supplied documents
- Pick, scan, and prepare loan sets for dispatch
- Coordinate shipping via in-house couriers
- Pick, pack, and ship outbound trade orders
- Receive goods, unpack, conduct physical checks, and put stock away System work (40%)
- Updating Mymediset/SAP/Movemedical Additional duties such as cycle counts, reporting, replenishments, cleaning pumps etc. (20%)
- Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach
- Comfortable with physical work (up to 80% of the role)
- Ability to follow processes and handle medical equipment with care
- Basic computer skills, including Outlook and Excel
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, medical devices, or loan sets is advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of SAP ideal but not essential.
