- Analyse operational data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
- Supervise inventory management and materials handling operations, including forklift-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all logistics functions.
- Manage shipping documentation, customs requirements, and delivery schedules to meet business objectives.
- Identify supply chain bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve performance.
