Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator on behalf of our valued client, based in Sittingbourne. This Logistics Coordinator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.,
- Coordinating daily inbound and outbound deliveries within a warehousing and distribution environment
- Liaising with transport providers, drivers, and internal warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch
- Monitoring delivery schedules, resolving issues, and updating stakeholders proactively
- Maintaining accurate logistics records, shipment documentation, and tracking systems
- Supporting stock movement reporting and operational performance metrics
- Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or transport administration - Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability
- Confident using Microsoft Office and logistics or ERP systems
- Able to work calmly under pressure and manage changing priorities
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK
