Full Job Description
We are looking for an individual with experience of working in a busy goods in/out department, supporting on stock management, warehouse organisation as well as administrative tasks to support the wider team. Please be aware that this role does require some manual handling As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be:
- Booking in arrivals to our facility
- Packaging consignments to despatch across the globe
- Liaising with freight forwarders
- Warehouse stock management and organisation.
- Raising documentation to ship goods to our UK shipping partners.
- Other activities as assigned by the department and/or site manager.
We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins., A background in warehousing and/or logistics. - Experience of forklift operation preferred.
- Good IT skills (MRP systems advantageous)
- Good time-management and organisation skills, Excellent communication, written as well as verbal.
- Attention to detail
- A can-do attitude and a team player
- Flexible approach to work, adaptable and willing to assist in other areas as required.
