Delivering a mixed case load of advisory work for Private client team
Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents "value for money".
Drafting declarations of trust for jointly owned property
Guiding clients through the process of obtaining Grants of Representation
Overseeing the full administration of estates, including drafting deeds of variation
Robust background in Private Client arena
Exceptional technical proficiency and drafting skills.
Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for detail.
Able to plan workloads and resources effectively
Excellent client care and client support skills
