• Offer advice on job applications, apprenticeships, career pathways, and training opportunities.
• Provide emotional and practical support to help individuals overcome barriers.
• Collaborate with schools, colleges, employers, and local agencies to deliver coordinated support.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and track progress.
• Ensure safeguarding and the welfare of vulnerable clients is prioritised.

• Experience or qualifications in youth work, careers advice, coaching, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
• Understanding of safeguarding principles and best practice.
• Awareness of social, economic, and cultural challenges affecting clients in Birmingham.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
