• Offer practical and emotional support to help clients overcome barriers and challenges.
• Collaborate with schools, colleges, employers, and local agencies to provide coordinated support.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
• Promote safeguarding and ensure the welfare of vulnerable clients is prioritised.

• Experience or qualifications in careers advice, youth work, coaching, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
• Understanding of safeguarding principles and best practices.
• Awareness of social, economic, and cultural challenges affecting clients in Yorkshire.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
