Locum GP Practice Administrator

To work closely with the Practice Manager, to provide a timely and responsive service for the implementation and maintenance of all business, administrative, clinical and patient services., To be responsible for the production of performance and quality standards within the practice. To manage data quality issues, providing advice and guidance to all practice staff in the use of the clinical system.

To act as practice administrator for the clinical system and as practice co-ordinator for IT hardware issues, working closely with the CCG and Shared Services as responsibility for computer hardware is transferred.

The role also involves working in the back office, carrying out a range of clinical administration tasks to support the wider practice team and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Previous reception, administration and/or customer service experience is desirable, along with strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and good organisation skills., We are looking for a capable, reliable and motivated member to join our busy team at our friendly practice.
