Full Job Description

  • Provide crucial support to all delivery partners by informing them of any asset or asbestos issues before and during work programmes.
  • Ensure all information sources are co-ordinated and recorded accurately in relevant systems for effective asset management planning.
  • Help manage various IT systems that support asset management and service delivery, ensuring data integrity.
  • Record results of stock conditions and asset or refurbishment surveys as directed.
  • Accurately log survey results of known Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) as required.
  • Collaborate with the Directorate team, assisting colleagues to deliver high-quality services.
  • Maintain open communication with managers and colleagues to ensure coordinated efforts across the service.
