Locum Consultant Ophthalmologist Specialising in Medical Retina

St. Paul's Eye Unit is part of the Liverpool University Hospitals Group, this includes Royal Liverpool, Broadgreen, Aintree, Liverpool Women's and Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospitals. St Paul's is located on three sites: the Royal, Aintree and the South Liverpool Treatment Centre at Garston. Senior medical staff currently comprises forty substantive consultants including five clinical academics at consultant level, locum consultants, two associate specialists and six specialty doctors. Doctors in training comprise clinical lecturers, specialist residents, academic clinical fellows and sub-specialty fellows.

This is a full time locum post based at Royal Liverpool University Hospital which is part of the Liverpool University Hospitals Group. Clinical activities include: age-related macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, retinal vascular disease, macular disease, high volume cataract surgery, general and acute ophthalmology.
