Locum Consultant in Community Paediatrics

Applications are invited for the post of Consultant Community Paediatrician at the Whittington Health NHS Trust.This is to fill a recently vacated post.

The post holderbe expected to participate in the clinical, educational and continuing professional development activities of the department, ideally taking over the Named Doctor role for Safeguarding, but this is not mandatory. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months in first instance, with subsequent application for a substantive post. Where possible we will try to adapt the clinical aspect of this post to the successful applicant's area of interest if aligned to the needs of the local population.

The safeguarding role will be supported by the Designated Doctor of Child Protection
