Do you have a track record of providing inspirational leadership and service delivery? NSFT are recruiting an Operational Manager for our acute services in West Norfolk.

We are looking to appoint an individual who has a passion for their work and a track record of achievement in influencing colleagues and partners to deliver high quality care and performance. We want inspirational and compassionate leaders who will develop their teams to provide outstanding care.

Our Future Leadership Structure sees our clinical teams working more closely with partners at place level alongside strengthening clinical and professional leadership. We are developing a clinical transformation programme alongside our partners to enhance the clinical outcomes our service users experience as well as continuing to improve experience of care.

If you have a reputation for leadership, people development, quality and improvement alongside a passion for improving outcomes with a focus on equity and inclusion to ensure that mental health provision has parity across our partners, then please do consider applying., As Acute Operational Manager, you will work closely with the Locality Leadership Team to ensure that high quality care is delivered within your services and will provide professional leadership to the Locality workforce.

You will promote a culture of learning and openness and ensure staff have the knowledge, capability, systems and support to deliver evidence based care and embed lessons learned in practice for the improvement of patient experience.

The post holder will be expected to fully support with the strategic and operational planning and delivery for their designated specialist service area(s) within the locality and to be responsible for the effective day-to-day operational issues arising within the service. They will lead the services using engagement and communication skills to ensure that NSFT is truly embodying the Trust Values.
