Locality Manager

Midway Care Group is seeking an experienced Locality Manager to oversee our beautiful supported living service Fazeley, Tamworth . This is an incredible opportunity to empower adults with learning disabilities, mental health diagnosis and associated needs to lead fulfilling lives while driving high standards of care and support., As a Locality Manager, you will:

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management for our supported living service.
• Ensure services meet and exceed CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain person-centred care plans that promote independence and choice.
• Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team to deliver exceptional care.
• Build positive relationships with service users, their families, and key stakeholders.
• Take on the responsibility of Registered Manager for the service.
• Expected to manage 1,500 care hours over multiple sites, Ensure safeguarding protocols and relevant legislation are adhered to.
• Drive continuous improvement and address service shortfalls proactively.
• Respond to new referrals, complete thorough assessments, and ensure service occupancy targets are met.
• Monitor staff performance, provide supervision, and support professional development.
• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the service.
  
  A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing supported living services or similar settings.
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive and compassionate approach.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Proven experience managing supported living services or similar settings
• A valid driver's license and flexibility to travel as required
