Full Job Description

It is an exciting time to join us as a Locality Coordinator. This role is key to achieving Skills for Care's strategic ambitions and delivery of our work programme to the social care workforce.

As a Locality Coordinator your role is pivotal in supporting the Local Engagement team to respond and adapt to the emerging trends and needs within social care. Reporting into the Head of Local Engagement, the role will be instrument in building processes and systems to ensure we can measure the impact of our activity and gives the locality teams the tools and resources to engage with their stakeholders in a timely, consistent and effective manner.

The postholder is required to support the successful delivery of a range of work and projects across the country, working nationally to create consistency, and overseeing the work of Business Support Officers to provide on-going co-ordination and support to underpin our programme of delivery. As we embark on an ambitious three-year contract, we need to ensure we have the right tools and resources to support the locality teams deliver against our contractual KPI's and ensure we are delivering impact to deliver results for the ASC sector., We want all applicants to be able to fully participate in our selection processes.
