You'll be part of a compassionate, community-focused team supporting people with a disability, that puts people first - every single day. - Lead the day-to-day delivery of the service and support your team
- Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Manage budgets and oversee financial performance
- Effectively manage and market homes/voids
- Recruit, develop and motivate your team to achieve great outcomes

- Experience in a managerial role within a similar service
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and support people in a personalised way
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and confidence working with partners
- Confident using IT systems and experienced in supporting people with disabilities

£44,471 per year Rising to £46,694 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance, You deserve more than the basics.
