Local Service Manager

You'll be part of a compassionate, community-focused team supporting people with a disability, that puts people first - every single day. • Lead the day-to-day delivery of the service and support your team
• Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Manage budgets and oversee financial performance
• Effectively manage and market homes/voids
• Recruit, develop and motivate your team to achieve great outcomes

• Experience in a managerial role within a similar service
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and support people in a personalised way
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and confidence working with partners
• Confident using IT systems and experienced in supporting people with disabilities

  £44,471 per year Rising to £46,694 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance, You deserve more than the basics.
