Warwickshire County Council Pioneered Biodiversity Net Gain and is at the forefront of Natural Capital Investment enabling partner local authorities to fund landscape scale nature recovery.
This post's primary role is to manage the running of the Warwickshire, Coventry and Solihull Local Nature Partnership (LNP) through providing support to its Board members and working groups. The LNP is the delivery body for the Warwickshire Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS). Through the LNP Warwickshire's nature will thrive; not just survive.
You will also be asked to support strategic projects that significantly further the priorities and actions within the Warwickshire Local Nature Recovery Strategy. The current focus is the River Avon Nature4Water partnership that looking to secure £40m of investment into natural flood management solutions to deliver the LNRS Water Resilience objective., Working for Warwickshire - This is the difference you make
