As a local governor, you will play a vital role in supporting and challenging school leadership, helping to ensure high standards of education, strong safeguarding, and positive outcomes for every pupil. This is a strategic, non operational, role - focusing on vision, accountability, and community connection.,

• · Development of strategic and leadership skills
• · Experience working as part of a supportive team
• · Access to training and ongoing support
Time Commitment Governors attend LGB meetings each half term, engage in school visits and training. Preparation and reading time is required, but we aim to keep this manageable.
