Local Board Members

The Howard Partnership Trust (THPT) is seeking committed and community-minded individuals to join our Local Boards, supporting our schools across the South East.

As a Local Board Member, you will play a vital advisory role-offering support and constructive challenge to school leaders, ensuring our schools continue to deliver a life-changing education for every child and young person. You will help keep our schools rooted in their communities by engaging with pupils, parents, staff, and local stakeholders.

We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and professional experiences. What matters most is your interest in education, commitment to our values, and willingness to give approximately 5-8 hours per month.

This is a rewarding voluntary role offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference and contribute to the success and wellbeing of local communities.
