Lived Experience Peer Support Worker - Eating Disorder

To assist the Eating Disorder Outpatient team in providing a Lived experience service for individuals who have a diagnosed eating disorder.
To assist in clinically related administration, team support, and supporting patients and carers in their recovery.
To research what support is available in local areas and to build relationships within organisations outside of the Trust .
To work following clinical guidelines and the policies and procedures of the service, while closely supervised and regularly seeking help from clinical/professional supervisor or manager.

We are looking for someone with Lived Experience to assist the Eating Disorder Outpatient team in providing a service for individuals who have a diagnosed eating disorder. And assist in clinically related administration, team support, and supporting patients and carers in their recovery.
