We'd like you to join us as a Live In Support Worker in Bristol. The role is live in, Mon - Fri 9.00 - 20.99. blurb goes here What you'll be working: Live In position Mon - Fri 9.00 - 20.99. Shifts are single-handed. Pay rate: up to 25.00 per hour. What you'll be doing: Providing high-quality personal care and complex care support tailored to the client's individual needs Assisting with all activities of daily living including personal hygiene, nutrition and medication administration Supporting the client to maintain independence, dignity and quality of life Carrying out clinical care skills as trained and directed Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records Communicating proactively with the client, their family and the wider care team Attending handovers, team meetings and training as required Adhering to ACG policies,
procedures and safeguarding guidelines at all times What you'll have: A genuine passion for providing person-centred care The ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliability and a professional approach to work Willingness to undertake clinical skills training Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
