Live-In Personal Care Assistant - Weekends ES3202

We're looking for a reliable, experienced Live-In Personal Assistant (PA) to join a dedicated care team supporting a friendly, bright male client over weekend shifts. This role requires 48-hour live-in shifts every other weekend (Saturday 9am to Monday 9am), plus a 24-hour shift on the 4th Saturday of each month (Saturday 9am to Sunday 9am). Flexibility is key - there's the option to occasionally swap for a midweek shift if needed, and we'd love someone who can also cover additional shifts during other PAs' holidays.

The role pays a minimum of £16 per hour, with a daily rate of £384, and includes 12 hours of paid holiday for every 100 hours worked. You'll be supporting one individual, providing 24-hour personal care, including help with all personal hygiene needs, cooking, and overnight duties - so shift work experience and the ability to stay alert and responsive during the night is essential.

You'll need to have manual handling and hoist training, along with a full driving licence. A male PA is preferred, and strong communication skills are important to support your client, who has limited speech and uses alternative methods of communication.
