We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to join our excellent team as a Live-In Carer in Rochford. As a Live-In Carer, you will live in the client's home, providing 1-to-1 support and companionship to help them remain independent and comfortable. - Assisting with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing)
- Supporting with medication administration
- Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
- Light domestic duties, including cleaning and laundry
A caring, empathetic attitude and genuine willingness to help others - Desire to see elderly and vulnerable people treated with respect and dignity
- Reliability, flexibility, and honesty
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to use initiative and work independently
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential - full training given
