Live-in Carer

We are seeking a kind, reliable, and experienced female live-in carer to support an independent lady living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in her own home in Exeter. This is a long-term position for someone who is compassionate, patient, and confident in providing high-quality, person-centred care while promoting independence and dignity. Key Responsibilities

• Providing daily personal care in a respectful and supportive manner Assisting with mobility and transfers using a standing hoist Supporting daily living activities while encouraging independence Monitoring wellbeing and responding calmly and confidently to needs Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
  
  Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience supporting clients with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Care certificates and relevant training Manual handling and standing hoist experience (essential) Up-to-date Moving & Handling certificate Excellent understanding of person-centred care Ability to work independently and responsibly

Requirements
• Female carer (genuine occupational requirement) Enhanced DBS and registered on the Update Service Right to work in the UK Up-to-date training certificates Self-employed status, including: Your own liability insurance
