Full Job Description
As a Live-in Carer, you'll provide support in both the mornings and evenings, with availability required for on-call duties during the day. You will be supporting individuals with complex needs in their own home, promoting independence, dignity, and a high quality of life.,
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a live-in setting
- Supporting individuals with complex physical or medical needs
- Preparing meals
- Assisting with personal care, medication, mobility, and household tasks
- Promoting independence and emotional well-being
- Being on-call during daytime hours to respond to changing needs
- Collaborating closely with families and healthcare professionals
We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Live-in Carer to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and who thrives in a role that combines hands-on support with genuine connection., - Minimum 1 year of experience as a live-in carer
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Confident driver with a full UK driving licence
- Access to a wheelchair-accessible car
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
- Kind, patient, and respectful approach to care
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
£15-£22 per hour | Mornings and Evening + On call during the day, From £40,000 per annum - Double pay on bank holidays
