About the Role Our customers should feel comfortable and supported in their own homes, and you'll help make that happen. You'll live in the customer's home with them, providing high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing - working both independently and as part of a collaborative, caring team. Key Responsibilities Deliver care that's tailored to the customer and encourages their independence Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, continence care and mobility Support with medication and preparing meals Take care of household tasks e.g. laundry

cleaning, shopping and errands Work independently with support from our team for advice and guidance Support customers to stay connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care Why Join Bluebird Care?
