At Homecare Gurus Ltd, we believe good care starts with understanding the person-their routines, preferences and what matters most to them. We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Live-in Care Assistant to help people live comfortably in their own homes. You'll provide practical support and companionship, building a trusting relationship while respecting each person's dignity, privacy and independence. You'll stay in the client's home during your agreed placement and follow a personalised care plan. Depending on their needs, your support may include personal care, preparing meals, light household tasks, attending appointments and helping them enjoy their usual activities. What we offer:

- Travel expenses or other benefits, where applicable, As a Live-in Care Assistant, you'll make a meaningful difference through everyday care, reassurance and companionship. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting personal care, dressing and daily routines with dignity and sensitivity.
- Preparing meals and drinks that reflect the client's preferences and dietary needs.
- Providing companionship and supporting hobbies, social activities and appointments.
- Helping with light housekeeping, laundry and shopping.
- Supporting mobility in line with the care plan and your training.
- Providing medication support where required, within your training and agreed responsibilities.
- Keeping accurate care records and reporting changes in wellbeing.
- Following care plans, safeguarding procedures and company policies. We're looking for someone who:
- Is kind, patient and respectful.
- Communicates clearly and listens carefully.
- Is reliable, organised and comfortable working independently.
- Respects the client's home, choices and confidentiality.
- Can meet the agreed live-in rota requirements.
- Has previous care experience
- Meets any essential driving, qualification or right-to-work requirements.
