Prepare disclosure, obtain medical evidence, value claims, and prepare cases for trial

- Negotiate settlements and liaise effectively with Counsel and ATE providers

- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate case management records

Proven experience in handling litigated EL/PL personal injury claims

- Solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and relevant legislation

- Experience managing multi-track files is essential

- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities

- Strong communication, negotiation, and client care skills

- A team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to caseload management
