Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will support attorneys in managing litigation cases, preparing legal documents, and conducting research. Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in preparing and organising legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence. Conduct legal research and analyse case law to support ongoing litigation strategies. Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal standards. Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to gather information and schedule meetings or court appearances. Monitor deadlines and court dates to ensure timely submission of documents and adherence to procedural requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and efficiently. Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining case management systems.
Requirements
Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Strong analysis skills to interpret legal documents and case information effectively. Previous administrative experience within a legal setting is desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanour when liaising with clients and colleagues. Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data management. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Legal qualification or relevant paralegal certification is preferred but not essential.
