About the Team
Kennedys' Motor team manages both pre- and post-litigation work, progressing cases from small claims through to complex multi-track disputes. You'll gain hands-on experience across litigation strategy, negotiation, and case management, working closely with high-profile motor insurers and industry clients. With a national presence across our UK offices, the team has a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes. Recently, Kennedys secured a landmark result in a multi-claimant motor injury case, further strengthening our reputation for innovative and effective legal solutions.

What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years' experience in a relevant legal role (applications from all levels welcome)
- Litigation experience in claimant or defendant motor or motor recovery work
- Experience handling MOJ, OIC or SCT motor damage claims
- Strong client-facing, negotiation, and case management skills
- Excellent organisation
