Literacy Teaching Assistant
29.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term time + Training Days)
Scale 3 Point 6-9 £26,403 - £28,350; actual part time salary £17,873 - £19,191.22 per annum
We are seeking a committed and highly enthusiastic individual to join us as a Literacy Teaching Assistant.
The role will be dedicated to support literacy, particularly in the improvement of reading in areas such as synthetic phonics, comprehension and fluency. Training will be provided.
St Joseph's is a successful oversubscribed Catholic college in Swindon. Our aim is to reflect the Christian values proclaimed in the Gospel by providing a caring community in which young people can grow as balanced individuals, morally, intellectually and spiritually. We want our students to leave the college with good academic qualifications.
