Literacy Coordinator

We are looking to appoint a Literacy Co-ordinator who will lead literacy by designing, delivering and evaluating a cohesive strategy. Line-manage literacy leads, drive high-quality provision and lead evidence-informed CPD to ensure consistently strong reading, writing, oracy and vocabulary across all subjects and year groups.

The duties of the role include developing, implementing and reviewing a whole-school literacy strategy, leading and quality-assuring literacy practice across the curriculum, managing literacy post-holders, driving evidence-informed CPD, analysing literacy data and ensuring inclusive, high-impact provision for all learners.
