Line Technician

We're on the lookout for a Line Technician who doesn't just turn up and follow the plan-but takes control of it. Someone who spots problems before they happen, keeps the line moving, and brings the team with them. If you know production and you're ready to step into a role where your voice, decisions, and attitude genuinely matter-this is it. What You'll Be Doing This isn't a "stand and watch" role. You'll be right in the middle of it:

• Keeping the line running smoothly and on plan (no drift, no excuses)
• Owning the paperwork - accurate, tidy, done right first time
• Driving the team to hit KPIs and celebrating when you do
• Spotting issues early and fixing them before they become problems
• Making sure Health & Safety and food safety standards are always nailed
• Setting the tone on shift - organised, focused, and positive

• You understand food safety (Level 2 is a bonus, not a deal breaker)
