Line Engineer

Essential:

• Significant relevant experience in user/desktop/server/infrastructure support.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of working with the relevant technologies:
+ Virtualisation of Server environments. + Windows Servers/Desktop operating systems. + Active Directory and Group Policy + Networking (Routers, Switches and Firewalls), VLANs and IP Routing. + Cloud based Office 365 email
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• A passion for technology and a desire to keep up with the latest developments.
• Ability to perform out of hours maintenance as required.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK as we do not hold a sponsorship licence.
Desirable:
• Formal certification in a relevant area.
• Experience of ISO/IEC 27001
