Full Job Description
We're looking for a motivated Line Controller to support our Operations Team Leader in delivering high-quality products safely, efficiently, and to customer specifications. What you'll do:
- Lead and support your production team to meet line targets.
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Ensure accurate completion of production paperwork.
A team player with good communication and organisation skills. - Experience in a production or food manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Someone proactive, reliable, and safety-focused.
